Pet Colonoscopy

Colonoscopy is a minimally invasive technique used to examine the large intestines as well as the colon and rectum of a pet with a fiber-optic viewing scope known as an endoscope. A colonoscopy is often performed after radiographs (X-rays) and an abdominal ultrasound to further evaluate patients with weight loss or diarrhea.
